Returns / Exchange Policy
Here at Lola Mindi we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and understand it can be tricky ordering online at times.
To return an item please contact us within 48 hours of you receiving your item at
email@example.com with your Name and Order Number so we can issue you with an RA# (Return Authorisation Number) to complete your form.
Each order is provided with a return/exchange form and this will need to be completed and sent back with your item.
You have the option of an Exchange or Store Credit if the items are returned to our store within 14 days of you receiving the item (21 Days International). Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns on sale items.
Store Credits are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Lola Mindi Boutique does not offer refunds for Change of Mind purchases. This includes but is not limited to: Incorrect Selection, Wrong Size Selection or No longer requiring an item. Lola Mindi Boutique take majority of product imagery directly from our wholesale partners and cannot accept responsibility for product imagery and garment information displayed.
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on Jewellery or Headwear unless deemed faulty by the manufacturer.
Return your item with a self addressed satchel within 14 days (21 days International) of you receiving the item and we will happily exchange if your size is available. Alternatively, we will issue you a store credit, this can be used to purchase another size or any other item.
Any items returned to Lola Mindi Boutique must be returned in a saleable condition (eg: free of tan, make up, perfume, unworn, all tags attached and in original condition). Any item returned soiled, worn, damaged or altered will not be accepted for return and will be returned back to the customer at their own expense.
In the unlikely event that Lola Mindi Boutique have shipped an incorrect item or size to you, we will endeavour to ship the correct item out to you as quickly as possible. We will also reimburse you for any postage cost provided you retain the receipt for your return postage.
Sale items are marked to clear, all these items are strictly final, please choose carefully. (in line with the International Consumer law) purchases made during final sale periods are not returnable, unless deemed faulty by the manufacturer. Items using discount codes may be returned for a Store Credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for any reason, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
